Labour Card
This application is specifically designed for individuals who are applying for a Labour Card or a Mission Card for the first time. To be eligible for this application, employees must have obtained their Labour Contract and passed their Medical Fitness test. The service can be accessed using the Transaction Number provided.
Modify or Lost Labor Card Application: This application form is utilized for receiving requests to modify an employee’s nationality, salary, or occupation. Additionally, it is used to apply for a replacement of a lost Labor Card.
The National New Labour Card Application: This application is specifically for U.A.E Nationals who are applying for a Labour Card for the first time. To be eligible for this application, the employee must have their Labour Contract and Medical Fitness test. The Transaction Number is required to access this service.
Sponsorship Transfer application: Utilized when an employee is moving to a new job and needs to transfer their sponsorship status. To successfully complete the process, the employee must acquire the cancellation form, which needs to be signed by both the previous employer and employees, as well as the new contract, which should be signed by the new employer and employee. Access to this service can be obtained by providing the Transaction Number.

Renewal of Company License: This application is designed for the purpose of renewing a Company Trade License. To avail this service, the Company Code and License Number are required. Work Permit
Work Permits
Relative Sponsor Work Permit: This permit is used when a sponsored relative, such as a wife or family member, wants to obtain a work permit. In order to proceed with the application, the sponsor must provide no objection documents. This service can be accessed using the Transaction Number.
- Both the passport of the sponsored relative and the sponsor must have a validity of at least 6 months.
- The residency of both the sponsored relative and the sponsor must be valid for at least 1 month.
- The sponsored relative seeking a work permit must be at least 21 years old.
Modify Work Permit: This application allows users to update information on their work permit, including name, nationality, passport number, and more. Users can access this service by using the Transaction Number.
Work Permit Replacement: The employing company utilizes this application to facilitate the replacement of a current employee who holds a valid work permit with a new employee, without incurring any additional or new fees. The work permit remains valid for a duration of 60 days, which may be extended by a maximum of 30 days. It is essential for the work permit to be valid in order to proceed with the replacement process. Access to this service is available through the Transaction Number.
Temporary Work Permit: A person who possesses a residence visa from another company or family sponsorship can apply for a visa transfer. Once approved by the Ministry of Labor (MOL), this transfer will be valid for 6 months. The eligibility for this application depends on the category of the company.

Cancel New Labor Application: This application is utilized for rectifying incorrect employee information entered in the Labour Contract Application. The erroneous application needs to be cancelled through this service, and the system will take approximately one hour to update itself. Online Cancellation: This application is designed for employers who wish to cancel the labour card and contract of an employee who is no longer working for them. The cancellation process can be done electronically or manually, depending on whether the company has an electronic signature. Manual signatures are generally processed more efficiently and quickly.
