To be eligible for the UAE Golden residency visa, individuals must have a professional employment classification by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE) and hold a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum monthly salary of Dh30,000.

Acquiring a UAE work permit has become more efficient and predictable with recent improvements in the immigration system. After submitting complete documents, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) now typically takes approximately 3 working days to issue the work permit, reducing the previous processing time of 5 days. To streamline the process, applicants should ensure all required documents are in order and provide accurate information. However, it’s essential to consider factors like application volume and complexity that could influence the timeline. Upon obtaining the work permit, individuals can proceed with obtaining an entry visa from the UAE embassy or consulate and a residency permit with their employer’s assistance, allowing them to legally work and reside in the UAE.

Replacing a lost, stolen or damaged Emirates ID card

 
  • If you’ve misplaced your Emirates ID card, suspect it’s been stolen, or find it damaged, you can promptly seek a replacement through Arabian Business Centre. When requesting a replacement, ensure you bring along your identification documents to verify your identity.

  • For UAE nationals, please provide an original valid passport and a family book.

  • GCC nationals need to present a document confirming their residency in the UAE.

  • Expatriate residents should bring their original passport with a valid residency permit stamp.

  • In the case of a lost ID for a child under 15, the parent must furnish the original birth certificate of the child, accompanied by a coloured passport photo against a white background.
